docs(cdn-cname): 更新 CDN 厂商信息并调整评论插件设置

- 在 cdn-cname.md 中添加 LightCDN 厂商信息
- 更新 yunsen2025 的链接为转载地址
- 在 _config.fluid.yml 中禁用评论插件
